Guaranty Policy:
Credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
Check In: 3:00 p.m.
Check Out: 1:00 p.m.
Credit Cards Accepted:
Visa and MasterCard.
Cancellation Policy:
Must cancel within 60 days prior to arrival date in high season and 30 days prior to arrival date in low season, in orden to avoid fee charges.
No Show Policy:
In case of no show, will be charge the first night of stay. For two nights or more will be charge 50% of total stay.
Extra person Policy:
Extra person charge is for 450.00 MXN per extra person in room. Only in Standard Room.
Kids Policy:
Lodging area for children over 12 years old.
Pets Policy:
No pets allowed.
Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.
The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel.
The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
