Our Hotel

Our goal is to offer our guests a place where they can relax and enjoy the best services in the region. We also offer great benefits to our guests, sue to the fact that we are a smoke free establishment. We have Temazcal service, a pre Hispanic steam bath used by our ancestors to purify their body, mind and spirit.

Among other services, we also offer a restaurant, swimming pool, hammock area, bathrooms and locker rooms, inside parking lot, multipurpose room (yoga, wedding receptions, conferences, etc.), big gardens, walking track, massage area and near drug store. We offer airport and local shuttle service (extra cost) telephone for internal calls, wheelchair access, fire precautions, car rental, wake up call, daily cleaning and laundry service. Our facilities are recommended for people over 12.

"“Na´ Lu´um” its meaning in Maya is “Mother Earth”, Na’ “Mother” and Lu’um “Earth”. It arises due to the need in this contemporary world of having contact with nature, in a world where the human relationships become more complex every day, and the awareness of our surroundings continues to be lost.

It almost seems as if we have forgotten that long before our existence, Mother Earth enjoyed her existence and waited anxiously for us with open arms, to share her riches without knowing the harm we could cause.

“Na´ Lu´um” aims at the reconciliation of the human being with nature, thus being able to live together with Mother Earth and appreciate having given us the opportunity to enjoy her beauty.
